Official Rules – State of Minnesota

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. This promotion is conducted in accordance with Minnesota promotional law standards and is void where prohibited by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open only to:

Legal residents of the State of Minnesota

Age 18 or older at time of entry

Owners of the residential property listed on the entry form

Properties located within Roof Extend’s active service area
Employees, independent contractors, and immediate family members of Roof Extend are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes spouse, parents, siblings, children, and persons living in the same household.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted beginning at the start of each Home Show and ending at 11:59 PM Central Time on the final day of the final Home Show of 4/15/29. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. LIMITATION OF ENTRIES

Limit one (1) entry per individual and per household. Multiple entries, automated entries, or materially incomplete entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Roof Extend.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Participants must complete and submit the official entry form located at: RoofExtend.com/show-special/ All required fields must be completed to qualify as a valid entry. Internet access is required to enter.

6. PRIZES
Grand Prize

One (1) Roof Refurbish Treatment valued up to $3,000, based on roof size and qualifying conditions. The Grand Prize:

Applies only to asphalt shingle roofing systems

Is subject to roof inspection

Must meet product eligibility standards

Has no cash equivalent

Is non-transferable
If the selected roof does not qualify for refurbish treatment, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a service credit of comparable value.

First Prize

One (1) Ninja Outdoor Firepit with an approximate retail value of $500. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted.

Second Prizes

Five (5) $250 service credits toward a Roof Refurbish Treatment. Credits:

Must be used within 12 months

Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless approved by Sponsor

Have no cash value

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the final Home Show 4/15/26. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided. If a winner:

Cannot be contacted within five (5) business days

Fails to respond

Is deemed ineligible
An alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply. Roof Extend makes no representations regarding tax implications. Participants are encouraged to consult a tax advisor if needed.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winner grants Roof Extend permission to use their name, city, and general prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Roof Extend, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

Information collected will be used for:

Administration of this promotion

Communication regarding roofing services

Future marketing communications
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Roof Extend does not sell or share personal information with third parties for unrelated purposes.
